Real Estate Licensing

To obtain a real property sales person license, you must first qualify for and pass a written evaluation. Those who pass the examination are supplied a license application which should be posted to and approved because of the CalBRE.

This permit is required of individuals who conduct licensed real-estate activities as explained in property Law under the direction of an authorized broker. Members of the Ca State club tend to be statutorily exempt from the college-level program requirements. Proof of entry to apply Law in Ca should be furnished, such as a photocopy of both edges of a California State club account card.
